How to register
All participants must fill out the registration form. An email confirming your registration will be sent to you once the process is completed.
The early bird rate ends on May 18th, 2025.
- All payments should be made in EURO (€) by credit card (Master Card, VISA or American Express) or by wire transfer by June 30th, 2025
- No registration / reservation will be confirmed without completion of payment
- Please use a credit card which is valid at least until June 30th, 2025
- Credit card transactions might be recorded on your credit card statement about 10 days later due to system matter
For payment by wire transfer, download the bank details.
The student and regular fees include the welcome reception, lunches, coffee breaks. The gala dinner must be ordered during the registration.

*Reduced registration fee is applicable for Master/PhD students and Early Career researchers with max. three years postdoctoral experience.
